How can I order?
The promotion is available for our Digital Gift Cards ONLY and will only be available Friday, November 29th.
This 25% promotional discount is automatically applied to your cart for totals over $100.
NOTE: If you do not see the discount applied to your cart, please clear your cache and refresh your webpage.
We also recommend using a different device (mobile, laptop, desktop etc.)
What is the difference between an e-Gift and a Digital Card?
An e-Gift is a Digital Gift card that is delivered via email.
Is there a limit to how much can be purchased?
The maximum individual gift card value is $2,000 per gift card and the maximum cart total is $5,000 per order.
You can place more than one order as well. Note that there is a maximum daily gift card purchase limit of $10,000.
How will I get my Black Friday digital cards?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive two emails. The first email is your order confirmation invoice and the second would be your gift card.
If you purchased multiple digital gift cards, those will all land in your inbox shortly after your invoice.
If you do not see all of your gift cards in your inbox, please check your spam and promotional folders.
Please note that processing and delivery of the gift card emails may be delayed due to order volume.
Can I get the 25% discount in restaurant?
No, the Black Friday promotion is only available through our Starr online shop for our Digital Gift Cards ONLY.
Do I receive a Bonus Card this Black Friday?
No, there are no bonus gift cards issued for this Black Friday digital gift card promotion.
19-Digit with Scratch-Off Pin:

14-Digit:
You can also check your balance by clicking on the ‘Check Gift Card Balance’ button on the grey navigation bar above. Enter the last 4 digits of your gift card number in the pin field.
9-Digit:

You can use your Gift Card at any participating STARR Restaurant.

STARR Restaurants gift cards can be used for dine-in or carry-out from any participating STARR Restaurant. Gift card payment can be applied towards the purchase of food, beverage (including alcohol), tax and gratuity.
STARR Restaurants gift cards CANNOT be used as a form of payment towards the purchase of gift cards or used as a deposit for a group dining event.
STARR Restaurants gift cards are not compatible forms of payment for third party food delivery services (i.e., Caviar, Dining In, Grub Hub, DoorDash).
The following properties do not sell or redeem Starr Restaurants gift cards:

Physical gift cards:
In order to redeem your classic gift card, please present the physical gift card when you are ready to pay at the restaurant. Without the gift card present, restaurants are not able to redeem classic gift cards.
Digital gift cards:
In order to redeem your digital gift card, please present the gift card page, either as a print-out or on the screen of your device. This page will show the gift card number and barcode, which are needed to redeem the card.
Yes. In order to use your gift cards as payment for take-out, you will need to place your order directly with the restaurant. The payment will be taken at the time of pick-up.
Please refer to the restaurant’s website for hours of operation and contact for placing your order.
Note, STARR Restaurants Gift Cards are not compatible forms of payment for third party food delivery services (i.e., Caviar, Dining In, Grub Hub, DoorDash).

Physical gift cards are available at all STARR locations. You can visit our participating locations to purchase our physical gift cards. Click here to see a full list of participating restaurants.
Note, La Mercerie does not sell gift cards at this time.
We have several shipping options for classic gift cards with various speeds:
United States Postal Service:
Standard (5 – 10 Business Days) *No Tracking

Standard Overnight (1 Business Day, Delivery by 5 PM)
Priority Overnight (1 Business Day, Delivery by 10:30 AM)
First Overnight (1 Business Day, Delivery by 9 AM)
Shipping rates may vary depending on shipping address and order volume.
Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped same-day; orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
We also offer a $20 courier service option for addresses within the Philadelphia area. Please note that there must be a secure place to deliver to, i.e.: mailbox, door attendant, front desk etc.
If you need delivery asap we also have a digital gift card purchase option available, which will deliver directly to the recipient’s inbox with no shipping fees necessary.
The physical gift card will arrive in a STARR Restaurants branded envelope and easily identifiable.
All classic gift cards come with our standard Starr branded cardstock holder. We also offer a premium gift packaging option, with soft matte finish and magnetic closure.
Both holders have ample space for a To, From and Message.
Each gift card comes complete with your personalized handwritten note.
When adding gift cards to your cart, you can enter your personalized message under the ‘Optional Message’ field. Our team handwrites all messages for added touch of care.
For an added special touch, we recommend our premium gift card packaging, with soft matte finish and magnetic closure.
SMS/Text is not available at this time for sending our digital gift cards, however you can absolutely send them via email to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Options to send at specific date and time are available to select during the purchase process, before checkout.
If you do not select a date and time, it will send shortly after purchase is complete.
Our gift cards do not have an expiration date and do not decrease in value over time. Any balance left after redemption will remain on the gift card until it is fully redeemed.
There are no black-out dates or restrictions. Our gift cards can be used towards your purchase of food, beverage, tax, gratuity and merchandise.
Gift cards cannot be purchased with a Starr Restaurant gift card.
