Are there any fees associated with the purchase of a STARR Restaurants Gift Card?
You will only be charged the face value of the gift card and a shipping fee based on your shipping preference.
Can I change the value of a STARR Restaurants Gift Card after I’ve paid for it?
No. Once your transaction is completed, you cannot edit the card value. However, you may contact Online Sales at (267) 238-3652 if you need to make adjustments.
How do I cancel the purchase of a STARR Restaurants Gift Card?
You can cancel your purchase by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org before 1 p.m. EST the same day it was purchased. If the order has been shipped, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. STARR Restaurants Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What is a credit card Security Code and why is it required?
In order to protect you from unauthorized transactions, we require your credit card’s Security Code.
- MasterCard, VISA, and Discover: The Security Code is the 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. It immediately follows the account number.
- American Express: The card Security Code (also referred to as the CID number) is printed above the imprinted card number on the front of the card (on either the left or right).
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as STARR-RESTAURANTS.COM PHILADELPHIA, PA.

Can I send two (or more) STARR Restaurants Gift Cards to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request. Your order would need to be made separately.

Receiving & Redeeming
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a STARR Restaurants Gift Card?
A STARR Restaurants Gift Card is a physical card and can be used at any participating STARR restaurant. The envelope is branded with STARR Restaurants so should be easily identifiable and not mistaken as junk mail.
When is the STARR Restaurants Gift Card sent to the recipient?
You will receive a notification once your order is shipped. Federal Express will provide tracking information. United States Postal Service (USPS) will not provide a tracking number. Orders are expected to arrive between 5-7 business days.
Where can I use my STARR Restaurants Gift Card?
You can use your Gift Card at any participating STARR Restaurant. Click here to view or download a complete list of participating restaurants.
STARR Restaurants Gift Card can be used for dining at or carry-out from any participating STARR Restaurant and can also be used towards the payment of tax and gratuity.
Where can’t I use my STARR Restaurants Gift Card?
STARR Restaurants Gift Cards CANNOT be used as a form of payment towards the purchase of Gift Cards, toward any STARR Restaurant Gift Card promotion, or used as a deposit for a group dining event.
STARR Restaurants Gift Cards are not acceptable forms of payment for third party food delivery services (i.e. Caviar, Dining In, Grub Hub).
STARR Restaurants Gift Cards are NOT valid at a restaurant location NOT identified on the attached list.
When does a STARR Restaurants Gift Card expire?
There is no expiration date or fees applied on a STARR Restaurants Gift Card.
Can I reload my STARR Restaurants Gift Card after I’ve spent the full value?
Yes, STARR Restaurants Gift Cards can be reloaded at any participating restaurant or by calling (267) 238-3652.

Is my order secure?

Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. The STARR Restaurants Gift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant. What if I did not receive my email confirmation?
There is a chance that your confirmation will be treated as spam and/or junk. Please check those folders to recover these emails. You will receive an email messages confirming receipt of your order and a notifying you that your purchase has been shipped.
What if I lose my Gift Card?
Your STARR Restaurants Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose, suspect that someone has copied or stolen your STARR Restaurants Gift Card, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your STARR Restaurants Gift Card has not been redeemed or has remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new STARR Restaurants Gift Card for that value.
