Long before founding Starr Restaurants, Stephen Starr began his career in the music business, promoting concerts, comedy acts, and live entertainment. That experience shaped the philosophy that continues to define the company today: dining should be every bit as immersive, memorable, and transporting as the very best live performance.
For Stephen, a great restaurant is much like a Broadway show. The room sets the stage. Lighting creates the mood. Music establishes the rhythm.
